I’m grateful for this miracle of life
and know how blessed we all are
to see the absolute beauty here
in the world and the universe afar


I’m grateful for these words that come
from spirit teaching me to grow
thanks for all those who take the time
to read and understand my soul


I’m grateful for the circle of friends
and those in my family I don’t see
and to those I work with in some way
who put up with my complex dyslexity


And I could not survive without the music
That so many are driven to bring
For it is such A great blessing
That lifts my heart and makes it sing


we are all just here together
trying to do the best we can
and I Thank God for all the lessons
and the love and kindness
that brings forth goodwill
that lives in our fellow humans
