breathe in the breath that is holy
Wear the smile of the soul
claim the hearts realization
that gives you the power to let go


yes there is a blessing
That grants us the grace to grow
lessons of living the words given
in accepting the great unknown


life never was about escaping
or easing the way things may be
and in time we learn what to make of it
and find the truth behind reality


be grateful for the experience
that changes our attitude
to not be a victim of life
choose the wisdom to smile and survive


and though it may seem hard
there are blessings here you can find
so breathe in the holy breath of God
and decide to love life and mankind
