as we evolve
there is so much to let go of
as we merge with a higher reality
releasing old ways of being and seeing things
we’ve never before dreamed


the truth is there
still strong and clear
not what politicians declare
but what’s inside our hearts here


how much can we believe
from the illusion of those worn out ways
for there is a calling and a need
of bringing in new light
that frees us to be


the bringers of the new dawn
and the teachers who convey
more loving kindness
to bridge the pathway
for hope and goodwill each and every day
