it is what it is
can we be aware of the layers that illuminate what this means in a moment of accept and care find a way to be alright with what happens and alive and breath in the part of the dharma as we learn what life has to teach is it a blessing or is it a curse does it bring joy or a way to rehearse the lines of a role you’ve chosen to know it is what it is and we can choose how we see what it is existing in multi expressions of its totality are we defensive are we ok with the story of our life we choose to tell each day it is what is and so much more at the source and each moment we breath we go with the flow and the river of life’s course you can embrace each day and see a new reality at play and if you need Gods help pray to live your life in a positive way
